In Navy blue premium wool felt, The Chelsworth from Hicks and Brown is luxurious accessorising at its best. With a velvet trim and Hicks and Brown crest detailing, The Chelsworth features a cluster and premium natural feathers that will have variations in colour and size making each hat a truly unique piece. The Chelsworth is finished with a leather headband inside as is fully lined for the most comfortable fit. The girls on the shop floor love to wear their Hicks and Brown hats to everything from Cheltenham Gold Cup to an afternoon stroll through the countryside.

Care instructions: The Suffolk Fedora is made from 100% wool felt and can be worn throughout all seasons.

Wearing your hat in wet weather: This Fedora is water resistant and is fine in a light rain shower. If it becomes wet, shake off excess water and leave to dry slowly indoors. Do not place on or near direct heat as this may cause it to misshape.

Storing: We advise to keep away from direct sunlight when storing.

Keeping your hat clean: We recommend using a lint clothes roller to remove any dust or dirt. For stubborn marks, a damp sponge can be used or alternatively a hat brush. If dealing with mud please allow the mud to dry first before trying to clean.

Returns

Policy:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll be more than happy to have it back for a refund. All items purchased online are eligible for a refund provided that they are returned to us within 28 days in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.

How to Return:

We do not currently offer a free returns label so we suggest using a Royal Mail Signed For service to return goods to ourselves, and parcels are insured at your own risk. Alternatively you may return your order to one of our stores should you live locally.
