When returning goods to us

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll be more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund. I'm afraid we do not offer a free-returns label yet but we're happy to send our exchanges free of charge. We suggest using Royal Mail to return goods to ourselves, parcels are insured at your own risk. 

Please ensure the following:

  • Your items are accompanied by our completed returns form
  • Your parcel includes a copy of your order receipt
  • All your packaging is in tact and labels attached to items, with items remaining unmarked & unworn
  • You've insured your parcel, we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit

Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery, after an inspection by our team has deemed the item/s faulty. A refund will be issued including delivery charges.

Should you suspect your items of being faulty through use, please return your items to us, rather than the manufacturer. Items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion and under current legislation we are allowed a “reasonable period” in which to resolve these issues for you. Any items that prove to be faulty upon receipt are eligible for a full refund (including delivery charge) or a replacement product.
