All items purchased online are eligible for a refund provided that they are returned to us within 28 days in their original condition with all tags attached. Gorgeous

These are lovely looking boots and so warm. Much nicer than the average snow boot! I was a bit worried about keeping them clean with being light grey but after emailing customer service I had a really helpful reply advising that they can be rinsed under the tap if they get really muddy. You definitely need to go a half size up from your usual size though. I ended up going up a full size so that I could wear very thick Heat Holder socks and they're perfect, but half a size bigger would be right for normal walking socks.
