Policy:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll be more than happy to have it back for a refund. All items purchased online are eligible for a refund provided that they are returned to us within 28 days in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not currently offer a free returns label so we suggest using a Royal Mail Signed For service to return goods to ourselves, and parcels are insured at your own risk. Alternatively you may return your order to one of our stores should you live locally.

Ordering items from Holland

Mijn current order was made online and delivered very quickly and efficiently to where my daughter lives in Wiltshire. I’m an expat living in Holland and products that I would like to have sent here, with the added import tax included makes it all too expensive.

However when I was in the UK in the summer I phoned your shop to ask about a gilet. At that moment it was not clear if the model I wanted was in stock. I was promised by a lovely sounding voice that she would ring me back after having a search through the stockroom upstairs. True to her word, within 30 minutes I received the call which lead me, and my daughter, to drive to the lovely town of Marlborough the same day to collect my gilet from your extensively supplied shop.

This is now my third purchase of a Schoffel product; almost needless to say, me and many others like me I suspect wear them like a second skin.

Unfortunately, I will have to wait until either I come to the UK again in the coming months, or my daughter brings it with her when she comes to Holland again. With a return ticket - Amsterdam/Bristol with EasyJet for less than £ 60 (sept 24), it’s almost worthwhile coming over again, and wear 2 or 3 purchased products on the flight back as hand luggage!

To end a long story - great product, nice shop and wonderfully friendly service.
